With the 2012 Olympics in London coming to a close, watching hour after hour of television coverage of these physically fit athletes has inspired me to become healthier. Traditionally many look at the first of the year for their New Year’s Resolutions to become lean and mean, but with the Olympic Games showing us these firm, fit physiques, now is the time to get off that sofa and be motivated. Every sport seems to have that athlete with an inspiring story that can’t help but make you want to just get outside and do something.
Use the mentality of an Olympian as an example to help you through whatever it is you are doing to stay healthy.
