Shrimp salad

Summer is the perfect time to really enjoy seafood! Simple shrimp salad is great on hot days and can easily be made for outdoor parties and BBQs. You can choose to add mayo, but I made mine without to really get the health benefits of the shrimp. Shrimp boosts energy, helps fight cancer, keeps your skin and nails healthy, and helps builds strong bones! Enjoy this over pita or bread!

Ingredients:
12 cooked chopped shrimp
1/2 chopped red pepper
1/2 avocado diced
1 chopped celery stalk
1 lime
Onion power and garlic powder for seasoning

Steps:
1. Peel the shrimp and then chop them and leave to the side.
2. Chop the celery, pepper, and avocado and add to shrimp
3. Squeeze the lime over the shrimp and add garlic and onion powder for seasoning!
